Locate Your Serial Number

Find the Serial Number printed on the inside rim of the tank, under the salt lid hinges.

What does a water softener do?

Our water softeners are designed to provide consistent soft water by performing frequent, on-demand recharge cycles. These cycles use salt water to rinse out any contamination and debris from the filtration media in your system.

Adding Salt

We recommend filling the salt tank 1/4 to 1/2 full with a water softening salt, and programming your softener each time you add new salt to the tank. To learn more, visit our Adding Salt to the Tank article.

Salt Bridging

Bridging occurs most often in high-moisture environments, or from overfilling the salt tank. Long idle time between recharges can also increase the risk of salt solidifying. Cleaning the Venturi and Drain Hose
