Step 1: Find Your Numbers
If you received damaged or missing parts, you'll need your model and serial number. These numbers can be found on the outside corner of the box, or on the system itself. See below for examples or check out the article Model and Serial Number for help.

Step 2: Take Photos
For shipping damage, you'll need to submit the following photos:
- All sides of the box upon arrival
- Photos of all damaged parts
Step 3: Contact Us
When you have all that information ready, you're all set to Submit a Ticket or Contact Us by calling (800) 693-1138 M-F 8am-5pm.
